Recycle Procedure
Customers

Please fill in the following Goods Return form -

In the reported fault section please enter RECYCLE VR3 or VRX and price (depending on your choice of new computer)
Please enter credit card details if possible to speed up the process.
Relevant contact information must be entered as we may need to contact you concerning your RECYCLE computer order.

Once you have sent this form to us you will be sent a unique Goods Return Number (GRN) and a shipping label. This label MUST be used. Please quote your unique reference number in all correspondence with regards to your computer.

PLEASE REMOVE ALL PERSONAL ITEMS FROM YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE SENDING!

Send your computer to us.

Once we receive the computer you will receive an email letting you know that we have received it.
If card details have not been given previously we will now contact you for payment details. (Please be aware that post and packing costs are not included in the poster price, see terms and conditions)
Once we have payment we will ship the new computer to you.
